The Saucy Lady's Umpire Chutney is one of our most popular items. 
 
Made in honour of Umpire, Mike Lugg, an Englishmen sporting a handlebar moustache who stood his ground against Bjorn Borg in the 1981 US Open and whose business was based in the original Saucy Lady premises at Coornmarket, Louth.

Add a rich depth to your favourite gravy by adding a heaped tablespoon of chutney per 500ml gravy.
 
Storage 
Store in a cool dark place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 4 weeks.
