Mushroom and White Wine Pork Tagliatelle

Simplistically perfect!


This easy to follow recipe that uses our classic and versatile Mushroom and White Wine Sauce.


Serves 4-6 people


Time to prepare: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

600g Pork Tenderloin - cut into strips

One jar The Saucy Lady Mushroom and White Wine Sauce

250ml Double Cream

500g Tagliatelle - dried or fresh


Method:

  1. Prepare a pot of boiling water for the pasta and cook as per brands instructions.

  2. Meanwhile, fry the pork until browned.

  3. Add the jar of sauce, followed by the cream to the pork.

  4. Let simmer until cooked through and piping hot.

  5. When the pasta is cooked, add to the sauce and coat liberally.

  6. Serve with either a mixed salad, garlic bread, or both!
